Day 01 : Saturday / Mumbai

15:30 hrs - assemble at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus to complete the registration process and check in formalities for your Hidden Treasures of Gujarat journey, as you receive a traditional Indian welcome and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink. After completion you will check in to your cabin
16:40 hrs – Depart for Vadodara by Deccan Odyssey departs
17:00 hrs - Unpack and enjoy first evening familiarising yourself with Deccan Odyssey and the services on board
19:30 hrs – Dinner will be on board

Day 02: Sunday / Vadodara

07:00 hrs - Breakfast will be on board
09:25 hrs – Deboard the train and drive to visit Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the only complete and unchanged pre-Mughal Islamic city in India
12:00 hrs - Drive back to the Deccan Odyssey
13:00 hrs - Enjoy lunch on board
15:20 hrs - Proceed to visit Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum, originally constructed as a school for the Maharaja's children. Followed by High-Tea with Witness a folk performance typical of the region as you savour some of the special delicacies from the Royal kitchens.
19:00 hrs - Return to the Deccan Odyssey
20:00 hrs - Dinner will be on board

Day 03 : Monday / Palitana

05:00 hrs - Breakfast will be on board
06:30 hrs - Deboard and proceed for sightseeing visit to Palitana, world's largest temple complexes, Palitana, famed for its spectacular cluster of Jain temples exquisitely carved in marble.
12:00 hrs - Start your descent and procced to railway station
13:30 hrs -Return to the Deccan Odyssey for lunch and after that relax and enjoy some of the activities available on board. Watch a movie,
19:30 hrs - Dinner will be on board

Day 04: Tuesday / Sasangir (Veraval)

06:00 hrs - Breakfast will be on board
07:20 hrs - Deboard and drive to Sasan Gir Forest National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary for Jungle Safari. A guide will accompany you for your morning game drive into the Gir forest.
12:00 hrs – enjoy a relaxed Lunch will be at Taj Gateway and for relaxation
16:30 hrs - Return to the Deccan Odyssey
20:00 hrs - Dinner will be on board

Day 05: Wendesday / Little Rann of Kutch (Viramgam)

06:00 hrs - Breakfast will be on board
07:10 hrs - Deboard at Viramgam station and drive to little Rann of Kutch to enjoy a desert safari. The Rann is a seasonal salt marsh, the largest in the world at over 7500 sq. km, a saline desert. Explore by jeep safari - the Wild Ass Sanctuary here is one of the few places to spot the ghudkar, or Indian wild ass.
12:30 hrs – Lunch will be at Wildlife Lodge. relax and refresh yourselves.
15:10 hrs - Proceed for village safari on camel carts to meet the varied communities
16:45 hrs - Return to the Deccan Odyssey
20:00 hrs - Dinner will be on board

Day 06: Thursday / Modhera- Patan

07:00 hrs - Breakfast will be on board
08:40 hrs - Deboard the Deccan Odyssey
10:00 hrs - Arrival at Modhera and visit the Sun Temple. A step tank in front of the temple has 108 shrines that lead down to the water.
11:00 hrs - Drive to Patan to visit Rani ki Vav and explore
12:30 hrs Drive to visit Patola House- the centre of the Salvi family’s traditional craft, the creating of exquisite silk Patola sarees.
14:00 hrs - Return to the Deccan Odyssey
14:15 hrs - Lunch will be on board. Rest of the afternoon at leisure
20:00 hrs - Dinner will be on board

Day 07: Friday / Nashik

07:00 hrs - Breakfast will be on board
08:30 hrs - Morning at leisure.
13:00 hrs - Lunch will be on board
14:00 hrs - Deboard and drive to vineyards for an exclusive tour for an indian wine producing facility
19:30 hrs - Return to the Deccan Odyssey
20:00 hrs - Dinner will be on board

Day 08: Saturday / Mumbai Departure

06:00 hrs – Collect your Baggage
07:00 hrs - Breakfast will be on board
08:15 hrs - Check out and bid farewell to the Deccan Odyssey Crew
