Cancellation of package/ services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons should must be notified of the same in writing by email. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive first payment and cancellation charges would be as follows:

45 - 30 days prior to Departure from guest home country : 30% penalty from the payable amount.

29 - 20 days prior to Departure from guest home country: 50% penalty from the payable amount.

19 - 0 days prior to Departure from guest home country: 100% penalty from the payable amount.

No Show : 100% retention

USD 150 will be applicable for all cancelled tours and this will be an administration fee.

NOTE:

If the refund is process by the company into your account by any mode of payment like credit card/debit card OR to Bank account then the bank processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Wildlife Safaris cancellation:

All wildlife safaris fees for national park or sanctuaries are non refundable. Even postponed or preponed of safari date will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjust against it.
