After breakfast visit INDIA GATE is the pride of Delhi. An imposing structure, the gate was built in memory to the of the 90,000 Indian soldiers who laid down their lives during World War I, RASHTRAPATI BHAWAN, JANTAR MANTAR, HUMAYUN TOMB Humayun died in 1556, and his widow Hamida Banu Begam, also known as Haji Begam, commenced the construction of his tomb in 1569, fourteen years after his death. It is the first distinct example of proper Mughal style, which was inspired by Persian architecture., QUTUB MINAR, JAMA MASJID of Delhi is the largest mosque in India. The Jama Masjid stands across the road in front of the Red Fort. Built between 1644 and 1658, Jama Masjid is one of the last architectural works of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Jama Masjid Mosque was built in red sandstone and marble by more than 5000 artisans. Originally called the Masjid-i-Jahan-Numa, RED FORT It is known as red fort because there is too much use of red stones in construction of red fort. Construction of red fort was completed by Shah Jahan in the year of 1648. Come back to hotel and overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Udaipur.
enjoy a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. A fascinating walled city, Udaipur sits on the shores of Lake Pichola. It’s renowned for its palaces - the white marble Maharajah’s Palace, the Winter Palace (with its inlaid tile, mirrors and mosaics of peacocks), the Jag temple (an eighteenth-century yellow-sandstone palace) and Jag Niwas (an eighteenth-century granite and marble palace). Also see the Victoria Hall Museum (local historical displays and antiques), Sahelion-ki-Bari (a garden) and the Jagdish Temple. In the evening enjoy the boat ride at sagar pichola lake. After breakfast we will drive to Bundi enroute we will visit Chittorgarh. The main tourist attraction of the town of Chittorgarh is its fort, which is located on a steep hill beside the modern township. A zigzag ascent of about 1 km through seven gates leads the tourist to its main western gate or Rampol. On the way, one can see two chhatris or memorials of Jaimal and Kalla marking the spots where they fell while defending the fort during the siege of 1568. The main gate on the eastern side of the fort is known as the Surajpol. Though most of the monuments in the fort are in ruins, yet they reflect the glory of its great rulers. Then we visit Rana Kumbha Palace, which is an important spot and it is believed that Queen Padmini had performed jauhar in one of its cellars. From here we will continue our drive to Bundi.
Upon arrival in Bundi, check into the Hadoti Palace. The place complements the enchanting experience of Bundi. Comfortably nestled in the heart of the sleepy township, the hotel offers a splendid view of Taragarh fort and is very centrally located. Overnight stay.
Following breakfast, we proceed on a tour of Bundi. The small, rustic town of Bundi was the capital of one of the erstwhile princely states of Rajasthan. It is known for its palaces, baolis (step wells) and water tanks. The monuments and their architecture reflect the splendor of the local Rajput chiefs. The walls of the palaces at Bundi are decorated with life-size frescoes depicting the glory of its rulers Overnight stay.
After breakfast, take an excursion to Amber fort built in 16th century, enjoy elephant ride.
Later visit HAWA MAHAL - a Palace of winds. Hawa Mahal is extraordinary, fairy-tale, pink sandstone, delicately honeycombed hive that rises a dizzying five storeys. It was constructed in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh to enable ladies of the royal household to watch the life and processions of the city. In the afternoon you will visit the CITY PALACE was built between 1729 and 1732 AD by Sawai Jai Singh II. He ruled in Amer and planned and built the outer walls of the palace and later rulers added to the architecture of this palace. Albert museum, walk to adjacent Jantar Mantar an astronomical observatory and birla mandi, Jal Mahal Possibly the most serene sight amidst the chaos of Jaipur is the beautiful Jal Mahal Jaipur, the Water Palace. This low-rise symmetrical palace, that once was a shooting lodge for the Maharajah, appears to float in the centre of Sagar Lake. The light sand coloured stone walls of the Jal Mahal Jaipur are at a stark contrast to the deep blue of the waters of the lake, while from the innards of the palace lush foliage sprouts. We also visit the temple of Govind Dev Ji. It is one of the most sacred and famous tourist destinations in India. The temple is located in the City Palace complex, of Jaipur. The idol of Govind Dev Ji is strikingly beautiful for its complete resemblance with Lord Krishna, and the temple is placed between Chandra Mahal and Badal Mahal in the City Palace complex. Every day, various 'Aartis' and 'Prasad' or 'Bhogs' are offered at the temple, at seven different times. Evening visit local market or chowki dhani for dinner. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Agra and enroute visit Fatehpur sikri - the deserted red sandstone city built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in honour of the great Sufi saint Salim Chisti ; its magnificence and uniqueness offers a fine example of the emperor's architectural finesse. Visit Panch Mahal, jodha Bai Palace , Salim Chisti Dargah, Buland darwaza etc. Continue drive to Agra and check in to hotel. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, visit the Agra fort, built by the great Emperor Akbar, and the famous Taj Mahal-the symbol of love, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Itmad-ud- daulah Tomb This is precisely because Itmad ud Daula is the very first tomb in India that is entirely made out of Marble, Mehtab bagh The Garden complex, situated on the opposite bank of the Taj Mahal, is known as Mehtab Bagh, or “The Moonlight Garden”. Recent excavations revealed a huge octagonal tank furnished with 25 fountains, a small central tank and a baradari on the east. Later drive to Delhi and check in to hotel. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to airport to board onward flight to home with everlasting memories of India.
